We are excited about another retreat at Blackstone! Come ready to be filled by God as we pursue Him together through worship with our praise band, great teaching from our speaker Jamie Hudgins, small groups, games, workshops, talent show,
and more!
Retreat Schedule (All meals provided except dinner Fri. night and Sun. lunch) Youth arrive from 6-8p on Mar. 11 and depart at noon on Mar. 13. There are four main sessions (Friday evening, Saturday morning and evening, and Sunday morning) as well as break out sessions throughout the weekend. |

Registration
The cost of the retreat is $130 per person and includes lodging and all meals. Registration this year will be done online. There are two steps to register for the retreat... - First: Tell us that you are coming! If you know that your church is planning to attend please go ahead and register now (but no later than Feb 21) , and you can give us a specific head count later. Fill out the form by clicking on this link. - Second: Send us an email with a list of all your participants by March 1. This step is very important because we use this list for room and family group assignments. The list should include the adult and youth participant names, genders, grades (for youth), and any dietary or allergy concerns. - All participants will need a medical release form, which you can download by clicking here. A $50 per person deposit is required by March 1, and these deposits should be sent to the following address. The remainder of the balance should be brought to the retreat. - Warm clothes and an extra change of clothes just in case
- Sheets, blankets, and towels provided
- Modest bathing suits (there is a pool that will be available for use on Saturday)
Facilities
The retreat will be at the Methodist retreat center in Blackstone, VA (707 Fourth St, Blackstone, Virginia 23824). Most rooms sleep 2-3 people, but single rooms are available to adults for a small extra charge. All food and linens are provided by the facility.
